The same day we called for a quote they were able to send someone out to take a look at the property to spec the job. When they came out to do the work, they were very punctual and very clean. I got five estimates for this job. Other estimates came in lower, but they did not propose the scope of work that Blue Sky proposed. Blue Sky offered the most thorough work for the least amount of money. In fact, one estimate came in at nearly twice as much as Blue Sky for essentially the same work and guarantee. I put 1/3 down and paid the remaining 2/3 balance upon completion of the work. Blue Sky finished the job in two days. They began work three days after we signed a contract, and two weeks ahead of when they thought they would be able to get to the job. They built up saddles behind our skylights and corrected ponding problems using insulation board. They were accommodating; upon our request, the workers lifted up decking in several locations so we could check for mold and water problems caused by the leaking. They cleaned up the site and even threw in a free coat of reflective paint on our garage roof (which we didn't repair)" -- LINDA L.

Work crew showed up on-time each day and worked tirelessly. Job site cleaned every day, always asked if it was okay to leave their tools/equipment and never used my garbage cans. As with any project, unknown issues were discovered when the siding and roof were removed. This team was generally concerned about correcting these problems; they offered multiple options and worked with me to come up with a resolution that met my structural as well as my budgetary needs. "I cannot say enough about how fortunate I was to find Stanley. We had changed plans about what we were doing with our house and had decided to re-model, to put the house up for sale. This happened in May and I spent a month calling contractors out to get quotes. They would show up, but I would never actually get the quote. "I contacted Blue Sky to do a tear-off and new roof installation as well as to install soffit and siding on two roof dormers. They were thorough and professional in providing an estimate. Their workers were diligent, professional and knew what they were doing. They also left the premises in a broom clean condition -and it was a big job cleaning up the debris.
